- Visit the RSD Foundation Website Our facility was accredited by the Florida Board of Medicine for Level II office-based surgery under Rule 64B8-9.0091 and has remained in good standing since 2008. We currently perform procedures consistent with Level I office-based surgery standards. The Foundation operates a nonprofit surgery center regulated by the IRS with the status of a public charity: 170(b)(A)(vi).
